These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bassbet Casino, operated at bassbet24.live. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at Bassbet Casino. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. Bassbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed and any balances forfeited.
One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2. Account Registration
All information provided at registration must be accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Bassbet Casino is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
We reserve the right to verify your identity at any point using KYC procedures. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds.
3. Deposits
The minimum deposit at Bassbet Casino is CAD $20. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. All deposits are processed in Canadian Dollars unless you deposit via a foreign currency method, in which case the live conversion rate applies at time of deposit.
Bassbet does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is CAD $30. Standard weekly withdrawal limit is CAD $10,000 for regular accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours, subject to completion of KYC verification. We reserve the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for deposits where possible. In cases where the deposit method does not support withdrawals, alternative methods will be offered at our discretion. Bassbet does not permit withdrawal to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses at Bassbet Casino are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry a 30x requirement. Bonuses expire 14 days after crediting unless otherwise stated on the individual promotion page.
During an active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round is CAD $5. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. Only one bonus may be active at a time. Bonus funds are used before real money funds.
Bassbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel promotions, or modify bonus terms at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn prior to completion of wagering, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games at Bassbet Casino use certified Random Number Generator technology. Published RTP figures reflect long-term statistical returns and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be reversed.
Collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploiting technical errors, or any other method of gaining an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Bassbet reserves the right to void any winnings and close accounts where cheating or abuse is identified.
7. Responsible Gambling
Bassbet Casino provides responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available through your account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and remain in effect for the period selected.

8. Dormant Accounts
An account that has not had any login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. Bassbet reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of CAD $10 to dormant accounts once the dormancy period has been reached, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on bassbet24.live, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software, is the property of Bassbet Casino or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bassbet Casino provides the platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the site will be free from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bassbet's liability for losses arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the issue arose.
We are not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party payment provider errors outside our control.
